Since its inception, the internet has helped the world to grow larger and feel more connected. Every day, billions of people connect across previously unimaginable distances. These interactions create vast amounts of data that track everything from music preferences, buying patterns, viewing choices, and social thoughts. For every tick of the clock, 28,935 GB of data are created across the internet. Though we may no longer think of our lives in terms of seconds, on the internet, the second is an eternity. Every second, this gathering of information creates mountains of user data that many companies and consumers can find useful. Stratifyd welcomes as much data as possible, as it will allow our AI powered data analytics platform the opportunity to provide better and more accurate insights for our clients. To find out where all this information is truly coming from, Stratifyd analyzed data collected from a variety of sources in order to analyze the Internet Second.

We use the web for a wide variety of things, but mostly we use it for social connections and entertainment. Netflix views, Tweets, YouTube streams, Facebook comments, Instagram likes, and Linkedin searches account for a large portion of activity during any given Internet Second. With everyone continuing to use the internet more and more to fill their free time, information will continue to grow year after year.

Stratifyd takes data seriously. We are in the business of bringing data together from across the web to provide actionable intelligence for our clients. We’ve built our artificial intelligence to quickly analyze information from almost anywhere and unify it into a singular vision for companies large and small. Unsupervised machine learning can take the headache out of data analysis and empower teams to leverage their data to better effect in less time. Data is everything to us at Stratifyd, no matter how much there is.
