LiveChat is an online customer service software company that provides its clients with live support, help desk software, and web analytics through a customer chat service. LiveChat connects companies directly to their customers and allows any questions or customer service concerns to be addressed and resolved more quickly than through email or phone. It integrates the usual online sales and customer service functions into an easy to use channel rather than the multiple platforms where these functions are usually addressed.

In January, Stratifyd formed a partnership with LiveChat to provide detailed analytics to their customers. We specialize in processing unstructured data, using our patented algorithms to analyze text chat information. This will provide LiveChat clients with additional information on their customer service and allow them to identify any issues as they arise, moving them more swiftly from problem finding to problem solving.
