It’s time to celebrate both core and support dominance

Welcome back for our 8th Supdate! This week was largely comprised the team getting our first version of the new STRATZ Pro Match Reporter out into the wild, as we’ve been talking about for the last 2 Supdates. We’ve had precious little time to push updates into our public channels, but Blukai and Keo worked together last minute today to get a little something out to share with you.

As most Dota 2 players know, this season Valve separated ranks into core and support categories. This move illustrates their understanding that playing each role is different enough that it can have a significant impact on a player’s performance.

In the spirit of this change, we’ve updated our Global Leaderboard to display both Core and Support categories. It’s a small but meaningful change, which highlights top performers on both sides of the farm priority spectrum.

With the release of version 1 of our Professional Match Reporting agent behind us, we now have much more freedom to focus on our STRATZ.com release pattern. We’re excited about this, as it means we getting to bring the content for our larger audience (you!) back into the spotlight.

Think you’ve got what it takes to join the STRATZ team? We’re hiring!
