Organize Your NFTs With STRMNFT’s New Collection Feature

The all-new Collection feature on STRMNFT lets you showcase your NFTs in a new spotlight. You can create new collections, edit existing ones, move NFTs in between, add social links, and much more.

A well-organized collection helps other users to easily navigate through your NFTs. It does not, however, have to be hard!

What Is the Collection Feature?

The Collection feature helps collectors and creators to organize their NFTs by grouping them in separate collections. Instead of having their NFTs on one page like before, users can now showcase their digital art properly categorized and have different settings for each collection.

Inside each collection, users can add social media links and descriptions; upload featured and cover photos; move NFTs between collections; and much more.

By default, all previously-minted NFTs are grouped into one collection named the same as the channel. Users can create new collections and then move their NFTs from the default one.

However, the creator name (channel name) will remain the same. But the respective collections will be displayed within each channel.

How To Organize NFTs Using Collections?

Below, we’ll explore the Collection feature and how you can make the most out of it:

Creating a New Collection

Follow these steps to create a new collection:

1. Sign in to STRMNFT.
2. Click on your profile photo and go to My Collections.
3. Click Create a collection.
4. Enter your collection details: Title, Description, Social and Website links.
5. Select a featured image and cover photo to upload.
6. Click Create My Collection then View Collections to find your new collection.

After creating your new collection, you can easily edit the details by going to that collection and clicking Edit.

Add/Move NFTs to a Collection

You can move your previously- and newly-created NFTs between collections*. Follow these steps to learn how:

1. Sign in to STRMNFT.
2. Click on your profile photo and go to My NFTs.
3. Find the NFT you want to move and click the three-dot button to click Select Collection.
4. Choose the collection in which you want to move your NFT and click Apply.

*Note: When minting a new NFT, you can select in which collection you want it to be included.

Delete a Collection

You can delete any of your collections on STRMNFT as long as it doesn’t contain listed NFTs. Follow these steps to learn how:

1. Sign in to STRMNFT.
2. Click on your profile photo and go to My Collections.
3. Find the collection that you want to delete and click the three-dot button.
4. Click Delete.
5. Check the tickmark box and click Yes.

Please note that all minted NFTs in the deleted collection will be moved to the default collection, and their traits will be removed.
