Our founder, Candace Newman, made it 10-years plus in concert promotion by uniting with other women in the business to create a much-needed network of support. Girl power is stronger when we are together.

If you don’t know a job or career exists, how can you embark on a career path? We introduce teens and young adults from marginalized communities to the live entertainment industry, enabling them to discover careers in the concert promotion and touring.
