What does International Women’s Day mean to you?

For me, International Women’s Day means recognizing and celebrating the incredible achievements made by women in the past, celebrating the women currently kicking ass in the present, and reminding ourselves of the importance of supporting the women of our future.

What was it about streaming that initially interested you and inspired you to give it a try?

The idea that you could connect with so many people around the world instantaneously and potentially make a living from it was what initially interested me in streaming. When I first streamed in 2013, there weren’t as many women streaming on Twitch yet but the few women who did inspired me to step into the space bravely.

What goals or aspirations would you like to achieve this year?

This year I would like to become more well-rounded as a content creator and focus on how I can help a larger demographic through ASMR.

Were there other streamers that you looked up to and inspired you to start streaming?

I’ve always looked up to KittyPlays. She was one of the first female streamers I started watching on Twitch and the genuine positivity and excitement she brought to her streams inspired me a lot.

Do you have any advice for new streamers entering the space?

I would say… stay grateful. It’s so easy to get discouraged as a streamer on every level. You would think that would fade away as you grow but it doesn’t and the only remedy I’ve found for that has been gratefulness for the experience and for every person taking the time to watch your stream out of so many.
