LIVE — Streamlabs + DonorDrive Integration
Streamlabs has always been a strong advocate for charities. Aside from hosting numerous charity streaming events and donating through the Streamlabs Affiliate Program, we’ve also made charity streams accessible with third-party integrations. Our mission is to give back to the community and make a difference by helping others.
Today, we are super excited to announce that a new Charity Streaming integration is now live. As charities sign up for this service, they will appear in this new integration. You can sign up as a fundraiser directly on the charity’s website through the link provided and any money raised goes directly to the charity. Your fundraising page on the charity’s website includes an integrated stream, real-time activity feed to keep your viewers engaged, charity branding to help you build trust with your viewers, and best of all — the charity receives any money you raise immediately. The Streamlabs alertbox, event list, and recent events are now available to charities signed up for the Charity Streaming integration. This integration can be set up with just a few clicks.
To set up this feature, go to “integrations” after logging into Streamlabs.com. Next, click on Charity Streaming, enter your participant ID, and you’re good to go.
Whenever a user donates the charity you’re fundraising for, you will receive donation alerts and see the event in Recent Events on the Streamlabs Dashboard. You can also see a preview of your alerts by visiting the alertbox page > Test Charity Streaming Donation.
Now, you have all the tools and hopefully, all the awesome gifs and sound files ready to go. It’s your time to spruce up your charity stream and make a difference. Remember to keep calm and stream on!
