Since 1968, the Epilepsy Foundation of America has served as an unwavering ally for the 65M+ individuals and families impacted by epilepsy and seizures.
Thanks to your support, we’re able to continue our work to prevent, control, and cure epilepsy through community services; public education; federal and local advocacy; and supporting research into new treatments and therapies.
For National Epilepsy Awareness Month (NEAM) this November 2021, we’re celebrating our community’s strength and working to reduce the fear surrounding epilepsy within our community to inspire life-saving action. By signing up to charity #StreamforEpilepsy this November — and sharing your story while doing so — you’ll help us #RemoveTheFilter and make a difference for the 1 in 26 people who will develop epilepsy at some point in their lifetime.

The Epilepsy Foundation works hard to ensure that people with seizures have the opportunity to live their lives to their fullest potential.
