Daily habits make for a better progression. And that includes your sleep and morning routine.

But the question remains, how do you start your morning?

Creating a nice start to our everyday life is not complicated at all, yet plenty of people don’t start their day in an enjoyable and good way that sets them on the right track to smash another day of good, happy, healthy, and progressive life, health, and fitness.

Above in the article’s header image, you can see how we at STYRKA get about with starting every single day all year round in a positive and good way that is guaranteed to send us off into the rest of the day with a good, productive vibe and energy.

Yes, we all will always have days that are better or worse, relatively speaking. People have days with lower amounts of energy & happy, creative juices flowing through their veins and vice versa. We will have days and weeks where we can smash every PR in the gym, and other periods, or workouts where our top strength just isn’t there.

But this is not what we are talking about here.
Perfection does not exist, so no one can always be at the top of their game, be it physically or cognitively. Life, and our performance, our very fitness progression, mood, and energy are an S curve, now and forever.

Forming better habits, however, is a step-by-step process and it starts as simple as I have outlined in our header image.
