Summer is here (although if you live in the UK you might not have noticed), so we asked around the office and have compiled the Strillobyte Guide To The Best Apps For Super-Busy People, 2017 edition ©.

Here‘s our top 10 :)

1. Too busy to read a book

The guys at Blinkist have solved this for you by offering key insights from 2200+ bestselling non-fiction books. Wisdom condensed down to less than 15 minute bites for you to consume on the go.

2. Too busy to buy a book

Get Bookbeat and have access to thousands of audio books in the same way Spotify gives you unlimited access to music (you can end the subscription at any time).

3. Too busy to plan your trip

Google Trips makes it easier than ever to plan and organise trips. It automatically maps out a half day or a full day with suggestions for things to see and do. It also gathers your travel information from Gmail and organises it automatically. Plus, everything is available offline, so you can see your info wherever you are.

4. Too busy to have your flight delayed

FlightTrader24 is a global flight tracking service that provides you with real-time information about thousands of aircrafts around the world. And if your flight is delayed, at least you won’t get bored (but be warned, it’s addictive)!

5. Too busy to read this blog post

Pocket is one of the world’s leading read-later apps. It helps you save interesting articles, videos and more from the web for later enjoyment. Once saved, your content is visible on any device — phone, tablet or computer.

6. Too busy to buy a map

ViewRanger is your digital guide to the outdoors, with hundreds of thousands of downloadable route guides, free worldwide maps, and powerful GPS navigation features. It also works without a phone signal (you just need to download the maps beforehand).

7. Too busy to get stuck in traffic

Waze is the world’s largest community-based traffic and navigation app. Join other drivers in your area who share real-time traffic and road info, saving everyone time and fuel money on their daily commute.

8. Too busy to print your photographs

Cheerz enables you to quickly make photo albums, photo prints, canvas, and photo frames from your mobile phone. Take this task off your list before the plane has landed back home.

9. Too busy to get to the art galleries

GalleriesNow has an app for touring virtual art galleries which now supports Google Cardboard and offers fantastic 360 degree views of exhibitions from around the world.

10. Just too busy

Wunderlist is the easiest way to get stuff done. This simple list-making app allows you to collaborate with others and manage work as well as personal projects. The beauty of this app is in its simplicity.
