In this sea of evergrowing apps, it is easy to get lost and discouraged but when you keep trying, you will find a way to build ecosystems of your own

Since the COVID-19 lockdown, I had the chance to drive tech adoption in both a family business as well as a school setting. These are the 5 main suggestions I will cover to drive the adoption of digital products:

  1. Overcoming inertia requires a simple personalized strategy
  2. Always pitch in-person* (instead of text), 1:1
  3. Rollout in phases
  4. MVP first instead of abstract benefits
  5. Find or create champions

1 Overcoming inertia requires a simple personalized strategy, with an emphasis that the benefits are worth the trouble

Pitching to a small and medium enterprise (SME) owner interested in digitization is different from pitching to an educator who has limited interest in tech beyond day-to-day needs.
