Here’s where we begin…
Well, it’s not really when we begin… It all started in May of 2010, when the house was bought. Don’t think it took us 6 years to get to this point that easily (or that long, you might think). Both after millions of obstacles and many months of waiting, finally we are so close to that desirable opening date we’ve been dreaming of. Step by step, if you’ll be interested, we will talk about some unforgettable stories, and most importantly, people’s behaviors we’ve confronted during these years.
Anyways, to begin, we would like to say just few words about why we decide to create the publication here at Medium. As Stroganov Hotel is situated in the very heart of Portugal, in a small town called Fiais da Beira in Coimbra district, we believe it is the perfect location to stay if you would like to get to know the most of Portugal, from Lisbon on the south to Braga on the north.
To share with you all the amazing places you can visit, things to do around, we are going to add stories from our brand manager Margarita Kartashova and pr manager Ines das Neves. Ladies simply love Portugal, one made all the way from Moscow, and another abandoned London to return back to her roots here in Portugal. So, hope you enjoy it and when you come visit, it can be a useful and inspiring guide for you.
