In anticipation of the United States federal government relief funds being distributed at scale over the upcoming weeks, Stronghold is expecting system-wide delays with the entire United States banking infrastructure that may slow down bank authorizations and balance checks.

Please relay this to your team and to your customers and ask them to be patient should they encounter any issues. Most bank links and transactions should still complete successfully, though it is possible some customer banks may return errors due to the heavy load on the United States banking system. The system should be back to normal later this week.

While these occasional system-wide impacts are outside our control, we certainly understand they can impact your business. We are committed to informing you when we become aware of them.

Should you have any questions or concerns please send them to happiness@stronghold.co and someone on our team will assist you.
