Infrastructure-as-a-Service technology company StrongNode.io CEO and Co-founder Daniel Saito attended the AMA episode with A&Q Community as the featured guest. The AMA session happened on 05 October 2022 at the A&Q Community Telegram. Daniel answered questions from the group, from the Twitter audience, and from the live segment like the StrongNode development, StrongNodeID, $SNE use cases, and more.

Read up on some of the highlighted moments from the StrongNode x A&Q Community AMA episode:

What is the Usecase of SNE? can you provide details?

Daniel Saito: Absolutely! Let me give the A&Q Community the $SNE rundown:

$SNE is the native token of the StrongNode economy. We have vendors willing to rent out computing time and resources in exchange for $SNE token.

Our $SNE token can be used on our platform for our Enterprise or Retail and End User services (Edge Customers), Edge Seeders or the individuals with the compute resources, and the Edge Innovators or projects running on the StrongNode Edge technology like Original Gamer Life which will soon launch its IDO.

In case you missed it, the $SNE LP Staking on Tokensfarm is still in progress. We have successfully staked 406.86 M $SNE tokens and our Tokensfarm $SNE-MATIC pool is tracking 89.71% APY. We have currently extended the liquidity pool rewards until Jan 2023. This would be a good time to lock in your place in the LP pool. The $SNE Tokensfarm link is here: https://tokensfarm.com/sne/lp/1

How do you keep the ecosystem going in your project? and what are your plans for future innovations?

Daniel Saito: Here at StrongNode, we are building the key infrastructure of Web 3.0 and we are working on making a mesh network of low cost effective computing with security and privacy in mind. We believe in proper user authentication, so we have come up with our solution for “soul bound” NFTs in the form of StrongNodeID. It allows you to pair your identity with your wallet instead of logging in with a username / password. If you have this NFT in your wallet, it will automagically log you in (similar structure to how web 2.0 executed — “sign in with Google / Facebook).

With around the clock development, we do a lot of development that are the building blocks of the key infrastructure of Web 3.0. We strive to become an opinion leader in the WEB 3.0 space.

I heard StrongNode Edge has a foundation for a new internet powered by Blockchain technology, well how can we connect with devices from anywhere? And how can a community like ours contribute to and benefit from StrongNode?

Daniel Saito: StrongNode aims to build a virtualized infrastructure where $SNE can be earned by providing “resources” to the StrongNode Edge Network. Our platform is based on blockchain technology, which provides a trustless and decentralized infrastructure for our clients.

We want to contribute to the ecosystem and push the needle on innovation. The overall goal of the project is to be able to grow our computing fabric around the world and help crush the digital divide. Anyone can access the supercomputer and be able to start computing for the people, by the people.

Anyone with an internet connection and computer or mobile phone or basically any digital device can access the network. We wanted to keep the hurdle low so we can accept anyone with TCP/IP to make money. If you share your network resources, you get compensated for the utilization for the said resources and to help supplement your Internet connection fee (as digital connectivity and privacy should be a human right).

StrongNode uses idle resources & will be used to perform batch processing using methods like map/reduce, can you explain how this Map/reduce method works & benefits? How can you be sure that your service will truly offer a solution to needs of developing countries in the future?

Daniel Saito: 🔹️ We are planning on releasing our solution in phases. PHASE ONE will address networking / security / privacy. In WEB 3.0, we will start with PRIVACY and SECURITY from the get go. For Phase One, it will first take your network (as we need to know who is out there) and then establish a secure connection then we make that secure connection a exit node for other users on the network that want DATA from that region. (e.g., access netflix content from USA) We will also use QoS and manipulate the TCP stack to prioritize certain packets (e.g., low latency gaming)

🔸️🔸️ PHASE TWO will address compute. Using batch compute this technology was invented out of Google (Hadoop: https://hadoop.apache.org/) and reappropriating it with crypto economics. his would operate on top on the next layer as data that requires processing will be batched and distributed to the participating nodes on the network.

🔹️🔹️🔹️ PHASE THREE will then address individual work requests that people can execute or order.
