At Struct Finance, we always believe in the power of community in achieving our goals. However, we’re not just about numbers and transactions. It’s about YOU, our vibrant community. As a result, we have been brainstorming to find the best way to align the interests of our community with the goals of Struct Finance, and we developed a solution.
What is that? The answer is Struct Community Union.
What is Struct Community Union
Struct Community Union is a long-term global gamified campaign to bring our community closer and celebrate milestones together. This is a permanent campaign that we will implement and develop further in the future as we complete more accomplishments, milestones, and developments.
The Struct Community Union will utilize Discord and Twitter while implementing several tools such as Galxe, Zealy, and Guild to create a community that will have several roles, duties, and requirements, thus, creating a thriving environment.
What are the goals of the Struct Community Union?
- Community Recognition: We know you! There are so many secret heroes in our community that we would love to find them to recognize their importance in achieving our goals together.
- Rewarding the Community: We believe that Struct Finance’s future success depends on you, so, we need to reward our community members who are contributing towards common goals..
- Establish a Vibrant Community: Our main goal is to develop an engaging and active community around Struct Finance so that we all can have fun!
- Increase Community Awareness: We aim to enhance awareness of Struct Finance within the general crypto community.
- Educate The Community: We are building a new financial primitive on DeFi, so, we need to educate the community regarding the products and offerings of Struct.
- Boost Discord Membership/Twitter and Medium Following: To reach millions, we need to attract and onboard more members to the Struct Finance community channels.
- Foster Organic Content: We would love to encourage you and our community members to create and share content related to Struct Finance so that we can spread our word together.
- Amplify Twitter Engagement: We aim to increase interaction and engagement with the audience on Twitter.
- Incentivizing Users for Certain Actions: We want to incentivize you and our community to take action on specific areas such as depositing into vaults, amplification of content, and community marketing.
What does Struct Community Union include?
Struct Community Union is basically utilizing Zealy, Galxe, and Guild to achieve our community goals.
- Permanent campaigns: We will have several permanent campaigns on Zealy and Galxe for you to complete. These are not going to be short term and they will be forever. For example, our main quest for this campaign on Zealy is called Struct Community Union.
- Specific Tasks: We will have specific short-term tasks on Zealy that you can complete in a certain period of time such as amplification of specific posts.
- Monumental Achievements: We will develop individual campaigns on Galxe for the monumental achievements that we have.
Campaigns are not going to be static and will further evolve and grow, so stay tuned for further information!

We think that there are 2 main benefits that we can offer to you and our community.

Roles
As a gamified campaign, we need to incentivize you to get these rewards/roles to have future benefits. The roles and rewards will be based on the points that you will get from the quests. There can be further roles added in the future.
The important point with the roles is that the bigger your role is the more you will benefit from it.

- Struct Squad (Team and community moderators)
- Structorian (OGs — who have completed all the quests)
- Fund Manager (user action — depositing vaults)
- Teacher (content creation)
- Sergeant (content amplification)
- Infantry (community boosting)
- Struct Force (completing the main Struct Union task)
Note: In the future, there can be more roles to be added. Also, existing roles can have different levels.

Note: We will utilize Guild to verify the on-chain actions that are required to take the roles.
Financial Rewards
There will be financial rewards for every role in different conditions:
- Fund Manager: At the end of every month, fund managers will submit the pools they invested in and their allocations to these pools on Galxe. Based on how much you deposited on each tranche, we will reward the top 5 participants.
- Teacher: Every month, we will have different content contests regarding specific topics that we suggest. After teachers submit their content at the end of the month, the top 5 will be rewarded based on the quality of their content.
- Sergeant/Infantry: At the end of every month, there can be a lottery among Sergeants and Infantry to reward their content amplification efforts.

So, what should you do now?
First of all, complete our ‘Struct Community Union’ quest on Zealy. Anyone who completes this task will get the ‘Struct Force’ role. In the future, with more tasks and quests released, you will have a chance to improve your ranking within the community.
