How else are you going to bring about better relationships?

Whether its volunteering physically, helping people in in your neighborhood, or your family, show those around you the power of being prosaically jacked!

I know there’s a cliche about “Oh, I work out! All my friends just want to use me for my strength. All I do is moves stuff for them.”

Why are you complaining?

You’re actually fit for function! And you haven’t even used your brain yet. God forbid you start using that.

You’d become LETHAL!

There’s this quote by Sir Isaac Newton about being able to go far in one’s life because I was able to stand on the shoulders of giants.

Be that GIANT!

Bring others up.

I have a manifesto about strength. You could say its Samsonian.

I will never oppress others with my strength(s).

I will build others up with it.

Be magnanimous.

Take up a skilled trade with this new fitness that you’re building. Even if its not for as a career. Use that high work capacity to tackle other physically arduous skills/tasks.

You think you’re so strong because you can carry all your groceries in one trip?

Why don’t you help someone with THEIR groceries?

Why don’t you consider volunteering as part of a meal delivery service or part-time personal support for someone who is restricted.

Help THEM get their food.

You of all people know how important good, regular fuel is.

Bring other people up with your values of physical fitness and good nutrition.

MISSION: Go help someone in need with your strength. whether its a regular act of service, volunteering, or something that can take your immediate attention. Just do it. Give the world what you’re worth!
