New Feature: Last Date for Student Submissions
We’re excited to announce that we have just released a new feature that allows teachers to specify a closing date for assignments. When editing an assignment, you can now optionally specify the “Last Date for Student Assignments.” After this date, students will no longer be able to submit any new work.
We have designed Quizster to be a tool that facilitates learning through dialogue and therefore, we want students to feel encouraged to submit revisions of their work until they have mastered a skill. There are times however, e.g. in the next marking period, where teachers would prefer that students don’t submit revisions to assignments from a previous marking period. This new feature puts the control in the teacher’s hands.
