For remote UT, I asked participants to share their screen via Zoom and perform the tasks according to the scenario that I had previously prepared using Figma which I sent the Figma link earlier.

Pengujian Prototype

To register for vaccines, there are two ways to choose a vaccination location, the first by selecting the closest location by reading based on GPS, the second by selecting by province, district/city, and sub-district.

A. Based on Closest Location (Using GPS)

B. Based on Province, district/city, and sub-district.

Data Analysis

  1. Do the Account Registration in Ayo Vaksin! App

2. Do the Vaccination Registration

3. Check the Vaccination Schedule

Report

  1. Account Registration

When participants are asked to register for an account at Ayo Vaccine! the majority of the participants did not click on the text to register, but directly entered the cell phone number. This happened because the text “Daftar ke Ayo Vaksin!” was too small so that the User did not realize that it is a text to register an account. The solution is to enlarge the text to register an account at Ayo Vaccine! like the picture below.

2. Vaccination Registration

All participants were confused when they want to choose the Riau Province, because to find that, participants need to scroll down the provinces list, but because there was no indication that the list of provinces could be scrolled, the participants were quite confused and clicked in a different province. Therefore it is necessary to add a scroll bar.

3. Check Vaccination Schedule

When participants were asked to check the vaccination schedule, the majority of participants pressed the information button, the participants thought that the information sentence was ambiguous. Therefore, changes were made to the sentence.
