Korlantas Polri digital app is the official application from the Korlantas Polri, which aims to provide convenience for Indonesian people who need Korlantas services.

Service change from conventional to digital, of course, the goal is to provide convenience and reduce the stress that may occur when doing conventional services, therefore the use of an inappropriate copy has the potential to give back stress that should be avoided.

I use a copy deck to break down each uses case’s scenario, content descriptions, content elements, and rationale. I rewrote the microcopy so that the user more easily understands the commands of the apps.

Use Case

Hani already has a SIM (driving license), but it no longer expires, then she got information that now updates SIM can through the application.

Then she downloaded the app, and do the registration, at the home page, she was required to do the verification of documents, but when she read the description, the happens is she confused by the description.

In the red box is a microcopy that I think contains ambiguity, either from a sentence or a button, therefore I try to changes that might reduce the ambiguity.

From the copy deck above, I use the new sentence to replace the sentence, change the design of the button, and add a name to the button.
