Kale stew

(For two to three)

Toast

  • 1 tsp onion seeds
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • quarter ancho chili

Blend

  • 2 cup tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper

Fry till soft

  • 4 Tsp oil
  • 2 onions (rather more than less)
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • 1/4 cup coriander stems
  • 1/2 cup selery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup carottes finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest

Then add

  • toasted spices
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 ground black lime
  • bleded tomatoes, peppers

Cook to death.

Add 4 cups chopped kale, add water as needed, cook more.

Add chopped seitan pieces.

Serve with couscous.
