Kale stew

(For two to three)
Toast
- 1 tsp onion seeds
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- quarter ancho chili
Blend
- 2 cup tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
Fry till soft
- 4 Tsp oil
- 2 onions (rather more than less)
- garlic
- ginger
- 1/4 cup coriander stems
- 1/2 cup selery finely chopped
- 1/4 cup carottes finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
Then add
- toasted spices
- salt
- pepper
- 1 ground black lime
- bleded tomatoes, peppers
Cook to death.
Add 4 cups chopped kale, add water as needed, cook more.
Add chopped seitan pieces.
Serve with couscous.
