Let’s go with our first example of the white buttoned up shirt. You can buy an affordable white button up at Express for $49.90 (links below). We can think of at least 10 different ways to style a white buttoned up shirt! That means if you only wear this buttoned up shirt 10 different times in 10 different ways the cost of the shirt per wear is 49.90/10 = $4.99. Not bad! Let’s say that the shirt lasts for a year and you use it 5x a month- that’s 60 times. Now let’s calculate the cost per wear: 49.90/60 = .83! If you ask us- that’s a steal! Do you ever find yourself trying to justify your purchases? Us, too.
