Our audience loves to read stories of phenomenal creators inspiring a positive change in the world. Please enlighten our audience about the amazing work you do.

My name is Linda Vo and I am a self- taught home chef. I range from teaching everyday viewers multicultural dishes, to cooking private dinners for clients, to just hosting dinner parties at home for my friends and family.

I believe in transmuting art through food and creating a delightful experience for everyone to enjoy no matter where you are in the world. It is a personal one on one experience with me.

My goal is to make everyone believe that it is not a challenge to create a great tasting dish. I want everyone to be more comfortable in the kitchen and share laughs around simple home-cooked meals.

Since I moved to Los Angeles about four years ago, I had left my family behind in Buffalo, NY to embark on a new journey in finding my passions. Through the pandemic, I had found a love for cooking. I like to host dinner parties for my friends that also ended up becoming my family.

My process takes around 7 hours and sometimes, I don’t even eat the food! I’m all about curating an opportunity for creatives to network. It started off with 8 friends and kept getting bigger and bigger. So big that when I would be out, people would come up to me and ask to come to one of my dinner parties. It really is a blessing that I am able to share what I love with everyone around me.

For my Thanksgiving dinner, I chose to use the donations from my community to give back to the Beauty2TheStreetz foundation that assists the homeless on Skid Row. I am hoping my next event will be even larger so I can use the proceeds to donate to another foundation as well.

What inspired you to start with your own Food Blog?

In the beginning, I created a separate food blog that involved showing photos of meals I made during the pandemic. Because I was an aspiring model at the time, I honestly didn’t believe anyone really wanted to see photos of my food.

Over time, I was able to rebrand myself while keeping the image of being sexy and beautiful, just with food! I had realized I created a new lane for myself. I landed an opportunity to create cooking videos for OFTV and things just skyrocketed from there. I am so thankful that everyone welcomed my talents and personality with open arms.

This passion has now led to affiliations with brands such as The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Majordomo, King’s Hawaiian, & MyMochi.

You have got a massive fan following/ community on your social media. We are sure that it must have taken a lot of hard work to establish. Would you like to walk us through your journey to popularity?

I knew something was going right when I had uploaded my simple cooking videos on OFTV, a new streaming platform, and was met with a lot of love. However, my first few videos, I was thrown in a kitchen and forced to face my stage fright. It ended so badly because I was not used to preforming for professional cameras and I got so nervous!

I chose to learn from that experience and created a new recipe every day, edited them myself, and uploaded it to Tiktok and Instagram reels. My style would change every few months because I would learn something new each time.

Just recently, thanks to the Tiktok community, my Best Deli Sandwich video had reached 2M views. It’s amazing where consistency can get you.

What does a day in your life look like?

A day in the life requires me waking up, saying affirmations in the shower, and getting hair & makeup ready for the cooking video I am about to film. If I don’t have ingredients on hand, I usually go buy them or order it to the house. I usually film everything in two hours, eat what I made, then edit in order to be uploaded for the next day. I also like to give the leftovers to my friends if I made too much. My goal is to stick to the schedule for the first half of the day, then do whatever I please afterwards. I like to have dinner with friends, go to the gym, bowling, arcade games and watching movies!
