The Face(s) Behind The Label:

Owners Ronil and Rayan
Owners Ronil and Rayan

Ray & Dale is the brain child of two siblings Ronil and Rayan Dalal with the sole purpose of meeting the needs of the new-age fashion-savvy Indian man. “Shopping overseas is now passé, we Indians are no less than others when it comes to fashion and lifestyle choices, it was only a matter of time these needs of Indians were met by Indians.

We wanted it to be aspirational but still affordable and this reflects in our product line. Quality was another big focus and we wanted to deliver an end product that you will be proud of owning,” shares Ronil.

When was Ray & Dale born? Ronil completed his post graduation in Finance from Cass Business School in London following which he started working in the banking sector. However, after a short stint in Investment Banking, a life long passion for fashion and a styling project by his brother Rayan caught his attention and that is when the idea of Ray & Dale was born.

Rayan on the other hand is still completing his Bachelor of Commerce, Banking & Insurance degree at HR College, Mumbai. “Rayan has always had a flair for fashion and an inclination towards creation. This thirst for creativity led him to work on a project in personalised clothing which was a great inspiration for Ray & Dale as we know and love today,” said Ronil.
