Why does evil exist? I believe evil exists to teach us the basic morals between right and wrong. To start out from the beginning, I believe that evil comes from negative thoughts and emotions. When we allow those negative thoughts and emotions to overcome and overwhelm us, bad things start to happen. Some people may tend to shut themselves out, and some people may tend to do worse things like hurt themselves or hurt someone else. I believe this is where we as human beings can start to see what’s naturally evil and what causes the evil. After the issue is resolved, we take the issue that was the problem and use it as a future reference on what is bad and what is good.

Sometimes a certain evil is just someone crying or asking for help because someone may just need someone to be there for them for comfort and to let them know that their okay and that they aren’t alone and that they understand their problems. Everyone wants to be comforted and listened to. With addressing this situation evil begins to turn into positive emotions and thoughts.

Evil exists to me based on people’s emotions and how they feel towards certain things, not everyone is positive and sees the world in light. Some see the world and despise it while seeing things in black and white. That’s the evil that just needs to be comforted in my opinion. We can all be that light that shines on evil and make a difference in the world and the existence of evil. Without evil though there wouldn’t be much to learn and experience.

In conclusion evil plays a balance to things in life and it’s almost the same as Yin Yang symbolism. There’s always good in evil and there’s always evil in good. One can’t be without the other and I believe we can all take something from the two. Evil is a necessary existence in life to balance out the good.
