Earth, Moon, Water and Sun

Earth

On a peaceful night,

A few drops of rain -

They didn’t want to die -

And hence, thousands of sands

Rose in the darkness.

Moon

They loved her so much,

That one night she looked down

From her terrace, to the pond below

And a tear freed itself

To defy the laws of the Sun.

Water

Where would one jump,

If she wanted to splash the lights?

Where would one sleep,

If she wanted to close her eyes?

The stars broke down and fell.

Sun

And then on a warm day

A caterpillar, after a thousand tries,

Could not fly himself to the leaves.

So, he sat down on earth

And began to imagine fire!
