Subpad 2023 Roadmap

Our project Subme has faced challenges in delivering the Subme App. While the app has been finally released, we acknowledge that the delays and misconceptions between addressing Web2 & Web3 investors and users have caused frustration among many of you and have affected our financial standing, including the value of the $SUB token and liquidity level, and company finance.

However, we are committed to addressing these issues and moving forward with a strong vision for the bright future of the project & all of us.

Step one — distinguishing Web2 & Web3

We at Subpad wanted to take a moment to update you on our roadmap for 2023. First and foremost, we want to clarify that Subme App and Subpad are different branches of Subme, and we want to clearly distinguish between them.

In overall communication, we want to stress the distinction between them to avoid any future confusion for our investors & users.

Governance — a recipe for success

Our goal for 2023 is to strengthen the $SUB token value and the project’s financial condition as a whole. To do so, we plan to introduce significant changes to our token mechanics.

To fix the token value and start profiting, we have decided to make a $SUB token contract redeployment, which will be decided through community governance. We invite all of you to participate in our upcoming governance session starting this Friday — February 24th — at 4 PM UTC and ending on Monday (February 27th) at 7 AM UTC, where we will share more details about the proposed changes.

We believe that a strong token equals a strong project, and that is why governance will play a crucial role in our future development. The Subpad community will have a say in which direction we take the Subpad, as we aim to introduce regular proposals votings.

SUB contract redeployment

First of all, we are going to start with the mentioned Proposal 1 regarding the contract redeployment.

With it, as a solution to current token value and project status, we plan to introduce antibot, which will prevent the bots from liquidity drainage and unfavorable buy & sell conditions and we will also introduce strong liquidity-building solutions.

With them, the $SUB token will have strong fundamentals for its continued future value growth.

What’s in 2023 for us all?

Our Subpad platform will focus on fundraising for gaming and entertainment projects, and we aim at holding at least two initial DEX offerings (IDOs) per quarter, with a focus on the local communities that love investing in such projects.

We believe that local communities are key to driving the project forward, and we will be developing local communities of investors to help us achieve our goals.

2023 Roadmap

To sum up, we plan to complete the following objectives this year:

• The contract redeployment will take part
• The launch of the PlayZap IDO
• There is possibly one more IDO in Q1 (but we are not promising it for 100%)
• We aim to hold 2 IDOs or more quarterly
• Lottery game for winning additional allocations
• Start of the ambassadors’ program for influencers
• Big burn of team tokens
• Governance v. 2.0 introduction
• Claiming panel added
• Staking for xSUB users activated
• Referrals program start
• Lottery panel v2.0
• Special drops for Subpad users
• A functional proposal panel developed
• Investor panel revealed to sum up your investments!

But what is more important, the functioning of Subpad will be covered all the time via continuous marketing activities ranging from small scaled actions like shilling, AMAs, or cross-promos up to collaborations with influencers and advertising on various crypto portals and video marketing.

Summary

We at Subme are committed to improving our token value and project, and we believe that the Subpad platform will be a key driver of our success in 2023 and beyond. We will also publish a separate roadmap for the Subme App in 2023 in the near future.
