The answer is yes. You can create multiple Substack publications under the same account.

Step 1.

Login to your first Substack newsletter. you must already be logged in for this method to work. Otherwise you will be prompted to create a new Substack user account (which is not what you are trying to do).

Enter the information for your new publication.
