What is Your Idea of the Perfect Life?

Answers show we are all more similar than different

A story can be told in any language. People in Southern California, especially Los Angeles, form a diverse community. Community colleges bring together students , faculty and staff from all backgrounds, ethnicities, nationalities, and races. Mt. San Antonio College is no exception, with a student population of roughly 60,000.

“Diversity in Community,”a project by the spring 2019 Journalism 116 Multimedia Storytelling class, highlights the diverse student and faculty body at Mt. SAC and the similarities we all share. Individuals from different backgrounds were asked one question: “What is your idea of a perfect life?” The responses show we are all connected in our hopes, dreams and aspirations.
