SubWallet x Acala Network: Bilateral Integration and aUSD Minting Streamlined
We are pleased to announce that following our integration of Acala and Karura assets into SubWallet extension including tokens and NFTs, both Acala and Karura have integrated SubWallet into their portals. This means that starting today, users can use their SubWallet accounts to log into either Acala or Karura apps and easily mint aUSD.
If aUSD is the lifeblood of Polkadot and Kusama, then SubWallet can serve as a pipeline pumping blood throughout the ecosystems. We aim to support users who deposit their aUSD to Polkadot and Kusama applications once XCM-Polkadot’s cross-consensus messaging format that allows parachains to send messages both on Polkadot and to Kusama-is live. Specifically, SubWallet will utilize XCM’s messaging capabilities to maximize aUSD issuance and facilitate user activities on the Polkadot and Kusama networks.
As stated, SubWallet already supports assets on both Acala and Karura and is the first wallet in the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem to facilitate Acala and Karura’s NFTs. We provide a smooth user experience, enhance Acala assets’ usability, and allow users to manage their crowdloan contributions right on the extension. In the future, we will continue to collaborate with Acala to integrate additional wallet features, including aUSD staking and farming for greater yields.
