Allow me to be one of the first to welcome you to the SuccessFund Platform! You’re going to love SuccessFund, and how easy it is to work with your PTA to create and approve fundraising campaigns. Let’s get started on 5 easy ways to get your feet wet.

5 STEPS FOR SUCCESS

1 — Sign up. For security purposes, your account is not created automatically. You’ll need to create your account first, and verify your email. To do this, visit successfund.com, find your district, and create your new account using your district email address. Check your inbox for the email verification — it usually arrives within a few seconds.

2 — Invite your people. District employees can sign up the same way on successfund.com using their district email address. For PTA members that do not have a school district email address, you’ll need to request that your District SuccessFund Administrator invite those users individually. Invited PTA members will receive a special email invitation, and can join from there.

3 — Draft a campaign. One great way to learn how to use SuccessFund is to create and manage a fundraising campaign yourself. Remember that PTA members can create and manage campaigns too, so work with your PTA to determine what makes the most sense for your school.

4 — Provide approval. All campaigns must be approved by both the principal, and an administrator at the district. If a member of the PTA is creating and managing your campaign, they will send the approval request to you first, and if everything looks good, you will then forward it on for review at the district level.

You’ll be notified via email when a member of your team is seeking your approval to run a campaign — no more paper forms to review and sign. You can also see all approval requests under approvals on the left side of the page when logged in to successfund.com.

5 — Go Live and Share! Once you have approval from the district, the campaign owner will “Go Live” and publish the campaign. At this point it can begin receiving donations. Your support is critical in communicating with parents to ensure the campaign is successful, so we encourage you to share the campaign link actively during the campaign.

That’s it! You’re all set. Thank you for joining, and please chat with our team if there is anything we can do to help. All our best!
