Welcome to SuccessFund! Well done, You’ve found the easy way to support your coaches and club leaders in their fundraising efforts. We know you’ve got lots of jobs, but here you have only one — Approve Campaigns.

While the concept is simple, the process is new, so here’s 3 steps to set you up for success:

3 STEPS FOR SUCCESS

1 — Sign up. You will need to create a SuccessFund account before you can approve campaigns. You can do this on successfund.com by clicking on Sign in and then clicking on Sign up instead. For security purposes, your account is not created automatically. You’ll need to create your account using your district email address, and then verify your email. Check your inbox for that email verification — it usually arrives within a few seconds. Once you’re in, you’re all set — feel free to sit back and relax.

2 — Review campaigns. You will get notified (via email) when a member of your faculty is seeking your approval to run a campaign. Don’t worry about paper forms to review, sign, forward, and file. All fundraising requests will now come to you digitally, and can be found under the approvals tab on the left side menu. Until campaigns are created and sent to you, you can sit tight, once they arrive, take a minute to review and provide your approval.

3 — Forward up the chain. You will need to pass on the fundraiser approval request to your school performance director. With every review you perform, you will see instructions for when approvals should be forwarded and to whom. With every campaign approval, don’t forget that you will need to forward on to the district-level reviewer.

That’s it! You’re good to go. Thank you for joining, and please chat with our team if there is anything we can do to help. — Oh, I should mention… If you’re seeking super-star status, the next 3 steps will make your life even better.

BONUS POINTS:

4 — Invite your people! Send them to successfund.com where they can create their accounts using their district email address. Any coaches or other leaders who do not have a school district email address will need an invite from your resident SuccessFund Administrator at the district. Tell them you need to invite an outsider and they’ll know what to do.

5 — Draft a campaign for your school. One great way to learn how SuccessFund works is for you to create and manage a fundraising campaign that you personally plan to run for your school. Remember that coaches, club leaders, or other faculty will be creating and managing campaigns throughout the year, and they may ask you about it. Going through it yourself will help you become familiar with the simple process. (You can always remove any campaign you don’t need, and only you can see the drafts that you create.)

6 — Submit for approval. In your case, you may have the final say in the approval of your campaigns, but you may also need to submit for approval to an administrator at the district. In this case you’ll be requesting approval from someone else, but remember, that many approvals are going to be coming to you from your coaches and club leaders.

That’s it! You’re good to go. Thank you for joining, and please chat with our team if there is anything we can do to help. All our best!
