Sudachi v0.10.0 release notes

Today we are releasing Sudachi v0.10.0. It contains several new features, some improvement of architecture of resource bundle🍁 Also we have refactored the codebase with TypeScript to reduce the risk of bugs caused by losing the control of an exception handling, especially the case of api calling.

Terms and Privacy

In this version we have published our Terms and Condition, Privacy Policy. Please read carefully and accept it if you want to continue to use Sudachi 🙏

Confirmation Dialog will be shown when app launched.

You have to accept Terms and Privacy when you create new Sudachi Account.

Reset password

You can reset your password if you forget it or want to change it. The link of it is in sign in form. If you enter your email and click “Send password reset email” button, the email that contains a link to reset your password is sent.

Delete Account

When you want to terminate your account you are able to do it from delete account menu. If you click “I understand the consequences, delete my account” button, your account and the data posted by you is immediately deleted.

Changelog:

• New Feature Terms of Condition and Privacy Policy of Sudachi have published. A confirmation dialog to ask user to accept or not it will be shown when the app is launched.
• New Feature Add a checkbox to confirm whether a user accepts Terms and Privacy to sign up form.
• New Feature Add the link to reset password to sign in form. You can reset your password if you want to change your password or forget it.
• New Feature Add account menu that let users be able to terminate their account and to delete the data posted by themselves.
• Improvement Bundle app resources by webpack to prepare the build architecture that make available to compress package size more small.
• Improvement Rewrite the codebase with Typescript to educe the risk of bugs caused by losing the control of an exception handling, especially the case of api call to firestore.

Note: Sudachi for windows is not supported the auto updater. If you want to update the app to version 0.10.0, please download its installer from Sudachi download page.
