I Need a Hug
A bone-shrinking hug.
Of those that silently
gather scattered pieces
strapping in unison
skin-deep pains for release.
A tear-drenching hug.
Of those which spaciously
contain deep thresholds
building in liminality
horizon-wide waterways.
A belonging-reminder hug.
Of those that genuinely
hone true oneness
sheltering in certainty
self-doubting hopelessness.
I need a hug.
