  • Create a new Group on Allt called “Editorial”
  • Invite/Add your editorial team onto this Group

  • It gets exciting from here. Go ahead, and create a task inside the Task List, with the name as the article that you wish to publish.

  • Once you are done creating a new task, it’s time for us to go ahead and work. Allt will take care of the rest like subtle reminders for your tasks, and keep track of the activities for you.

Pro Tip: Say you have many people in your team. It might get difficult when many people are commenting on a lot of tasks. So you can just click on the cute Lock 🔒 button over there. This will allow ONLY the owner, and the assignees of the task to converse here. The todo is still visible for the rest of the team to see.
  • Next step? There is no next step. Just start writing the draft you’d want to write using Allt’s Boards under the Editorial group. Everyone gets notified, and Allt will make sure they read your draft, and give you their feedback.

You no longer need to call up your team mates about their progress on the piece they are working on, or forget about reminding them about their piece. Allt will help you out with that.
