Features we will be using: Boards, Tasks and Files

  • Use the default Domain Group that is available to you automatically when you create your domain. In this case, lets assume that the domain name is Tesla.
  • Invite as many people as you want, freely and they will be automatically added to the default Domain Group — Tesla
  • Since every group comes with its own Boards, Tasks and Files, it makes it easy for anyone hitting up on the Tesla group for the first time.
  • Now, let us help you understand how you can use each and every module for your internal resources:
  • Boards: Use Boards to aggregate all your policies, resources and company-related announcements here.
  • Tasks: Assign team-wide tasks to help people get organized. Our HR creates tasks for filing the taxes, finishing up the billing and invoicing and such. It really helps.
  • Files: All the other things like the company’s press kit, logo, videos, shared files and more of such stuff goes in here.
