Using Geolocation to Provide the Right Care

When a patient contacts the medical team, we need to determine their current location. This is important since regulations and licensing around which doctor can provide care is based on the patient’s current location, regardless of where they live.

Consulting with a Doctor

If the medical team determines that a patient needs to consult with a physician, they schedule an appointment for a video consultation. The video happens on a patient’s phone through the app, but for longer consultations, we’ve created a desktop experience.
