Campaign Overview

On December 5th, Bitrefill and Suku launched an innovative campaign distributing more than 6,700 NFTs free-to-mint NFTs to X (Twitter) users. The campaign delivered more than 140 million organic impressions and reached more than 100 million users.

How it worked

As easy as 1, 2, 3

Any X (Twitter) user could mint by tagging @bitrefill and @sukuthis, which automatically generated a unique Bitrefill NFT containing a one-time-use secret code that redeems cashback on any gift card in the Bitrefill marketplace. There was also a gamified component to the mints, with people having the chance to earn anywhere from 10% to 50% cashback NFTs.

After posting the Tweet, the user received an NFT in their automatically-created Suku wallet, which abstracts away complicated seed phrases and private keys, enabling one of the easiest onramps into Web3.

Once the user received the NFT in the Suku Wallet, it was time for a surprise with the new “reveal” feature. With just a click on the new “reveal” button — on the collectible -, users could effortlessly uncover their exclusive promotion code. This innovative feature not only enhances security by preventing code leakage but also adds a touch of fun to the process of accessing and utilizing your Coupon Code NFTs.

But that’s not all. Mobile users encountered another cool functionality on the Suku Wallet: “Add to Apple Wallet”. Your coupon code NFTs are now just one click away from your Apple Wallet, offering seamless integration with your everyday apps.

The results

The Bitrefill campaign served as another proof point for the advantages of using Suku’s social media distribution technology together with Suku Wallet, optimizing both reach and reward distribution.
