5 Reasons Why ‘Gen Z’ Loves Coffee

If you read my last post, you know I just recently found out I’m part of “Gen Z.” My first impression of coffee wasn’t the greatest, so I tried to find reasons why I should continue to build my relationship with coffee. If you’re “Gen Z” who’s also struggling in the coffee drinking world, this might just be the perfect blog for you.

1. Gen Z loves making money. If you’re passionate about Coffee, you can make some extra cash as a barista, roaster, or entrepreneur. The possibilities are endless in the coffee business.
2. Coffee brings people together. Hanging out with my friends is one of my favorite things to do. Coffee is a great sleepover snack especially if you’re trying to pull an all nighter!
3. I know a lot of creative Gen Zs. Whether you’re creative through how you brew or what you add to your coffee, coffee is definitely a creative outlet.
4. “I’m tired” has definitely become a HUGE part of the Gen Z vocabulary. Between school and extracurriculars, our energy definitely tends to run low. Coffee is a great way to gain it back.
5. If you’re a health nut like me, you’ll be happy to know that studies have shown that dark roast coffee promotes weight loss.
