1. Getting added as a writer

First things first. Let’s get you added as a writer so that you can submit your story for consideration. If you’d like to be a writer, please leave a response below saying “I’d like to be a writer!”…or something like that and I’ll get you added on as soon as possible.

2. The guidelines for what we publish

Why we’re different

There are lots of exceptional Medium publications that cover, broadly speaking, similar topic areas that we are covering. So here’s why we’re different: we’re heavily selective. This is for two reasons:

1. Leaders have a brief amount of time to get the information they need — this isn’t a “throw everything at the wall and see what sticks” publication. We aim to curate the best information for leaders with the desire to become their trusted resource for the best practices and innovations to make them more effective. We take this responsibility really seriously and as such, we aim for quality over quantity.
2. Writers who work hard to publish great pieces deserve to have their time in the spotlight — one of my personal frustrations with submitting to some of Medium’s larger publications is…
