The latest expansion to Square Enix’s popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) uses its great history as the foundation of a great experience. It is one that promises to leave new players in awe and faithful followers with tears in their eyes at the journey’s end.

Somewhere around Mor Dhona, in Eorzea (now more commonly known as Etherys) a group of people can be seen talking about their next adventure. Where they plan to go from this point, what awaits them next, when they will meet again, etc. These people are the members of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn, a group that has long since been at the forefront of Final Fantasy XIV.
