A couple of days ago, I was scrolling through Amazon to see what games I can buy for my PlayStation 4, when I stumbled on a game with a light blue backdrop with a character sitting atop a sign or logo with bold letters reading: Saints Row. I couldn’t believe what I was looking at; no way this is Saints Row. Feeling bewildered, I went on YouTube to check, and lo-and-behold, Volition and Deep Silver revealed Saints Row at Gamescom with a lengthy cinematic trailer showcasing a fresh new beginning for the beloved gang. Many devoted fans had unfavorable opinions of the trailer. It left them baffled by what Volition and Deep Silver produced.
