My top 30 places to go on Summer vacation (in my world)
Hey, kids! School’s out for the Summer, and it’s time for vacation. Yes. Relaxing, BBQs, and swimming. But what if you went on Vacation in Video Game City? That would be a blast! Here are the top 30 places to go on vacation in my world.
30. Any of the Mermaid Castles of the 7 seas (Mermaid Melody Pitchi Pitchi Pitch)
Ever wanted to live underwater for a vacation? Then head here. These 7 underwater palaces are the hot spots to visit in the ocean. Luchia’s North Pacific castle is a classic, with warm water and gleaming pearls.
If you want a COLD getaway with Noel and her orca friends, then head up to the Frozen Arctic! BUT BEWARE: IT’S FREEZING UP THERE!
If you want an EVEN COLDER getaway, You’d want to head down to the chilly Antarctic Sea to hang out with Karen, the purple Mermaid Princess! Don’t forget to wear warm clothes, or you’ll freeze!
If you’re more of a warm water person, head to the South Pacific to hang out with Coco! But beware of Barracudas, they bite!
The Southern Atlantic castle is a perfect place for those fans who love Hanon, the blue mermaid! Also, be sure to wear a bathing suit to keep yourself warm.
In the Northern Atlantic, our last mermaid Princess, Rina, is always giving a not so cold welcome to her guests! Also, be sure not to be mean to her, or she’ll become her idol form and use Love Pitch Shower to purify you!
29. Equestria (MLP)
Ever wanted to go on vacation in a AW (Alternate World) only inhabited by ponies and mythical creatures? Well you can if you visit Equestria! You can explore, play, and make friends there with tons of ponies, of course!
28. Planet Pop Star (Kirby series)
Because MORE people have been to the Moon than the bottom of the sea, you’d wanna visit Pop Star, the home of Kirby and his Friends! There are a lot of landmarks to see on this planet like The Dreamstalk, Castle Dedede, and even Battleship Halberd!
27. The Mushroom Kingdom (Mario series)
For the fans who love Mario, Luigi, and all their friends, I’d say this Video Game Hotspot is a paradise for you! With it’s many landmarks and worlds, this kingdom is perfect for a honeymoon or getaway.
26. Miraland (Love Nikki Dress Up Queen)
For Fashion Lovers, Miraland is the perfect place to catch up on all the hottest fashion trends and styles. Only accessible via Portal, Nikki and all her friends will give you a tour of it’s 7 Nations: Apple Federal, Lilith Kingdom, Cloud Empire, Pigeon Kingdom, Wasteland, North Kingdom, and Ruin Island. They’re all wonderful, and of course, beautiful (Yet fashionable) as always.
25. New Yoma City (Yo-Kai Watch 3)
Ever wondered what it’s like to live with Yo-Kai? Then Find out for yourself in New Yoma City! New Yoma City is a beautiful place, with it’s fancy buildings and traditional Japanese food. For those who believe in these supernatural creatures, head here for vacation!
24. Gensokyo (Touhou Project)
The world of Yo-Kai not enough for you? Then check this out: A world of Girl Yo-Kai only! This is the place if you wanna get away from the average, boring, world, and get a vacation in the land of illusions! PS: The Yo-Kai here are extra friendly! (They also like marshmallows, so be sure to bring some!)
23. Hyrule (The Legend of Zelda Series)
Ever wanted to be a part of a beautiful kingdom that’s always saved by The Hero of Time? Well, you now can if you Travel to Hyrule! Some of the spots I don’t need to mention are Death Mountain, Skyloft, and many more.
22. Arendelle (Frozen)
Think Ski resorts are boring? Not this one! Arendelle’s special Ski resorts have special views of the entire kingdom. If you want to have more fun, just go water skiing on the water!
21. Bikini Bottom (Spongebob Squarepants)
If you wanna go underwater for a vacation, why not try Bikini Bottom? It has a beautiful city inhabited by fish, good food shops, and lots lots more.
20. The World of Pokemon (Pokemon)
Because Pokemon GO is very popular today (because of the raids), I’d say you’d wanna go here! The World of Pokemon is a fantastical place filled with wonder and beauty. There are 7 regions: Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, and Alola. They all have unique Pokemon and of course, tons of battles!
19. The land of Ooo (Adventure Time)
Have a thirst for Adventure? Then head to Ooo for some relaxation! Eat as much as you like in the Candy Kingdom, Have Infinite Snowball fights in the Ice Kingdom, and much, much, more!
18. Zootopia (Zootopia)
If you ever watched the highest ranking crime movie of 2016, then you’ll wanna head here for your honeymoon! Zootopia has many habitats: Tundra Town, Rainforest District, and Sahara Square, to mention a few.
17. The Underground (Undertale)
For those who have played the hit game of 2015 made by Toby Fox himself, then you’ll like this place! Waterfall has some nice swimming areas, and Hotland has some toasty lava. Perfection at it’s best underground!

For those who really like Aqours, head to this school for your Summer Break! You may spot Riko playing the piano, Yoshiko reading about Yo-Kai, or Dia hanging out with her little sis Ruby!
15. Otonokizaka High (Love Live)
For those who really like Muse, head to this school for your Summer Break! You may spot Honoka handing out her homemade candy to her friends, Rin playing basketball, or Nico chatting with her friends.
14. Inkopolis (Splatoon)
The magical city of Inkopolis is only inhabited by sea creatures, but a human can come here! You can participate in Turf Wars, and catch up on the news with Callie. Marie, Pearl, and Marina!
13. Pac-World (Pac-Man and The Ghostly Adventures)
Pac World, like Miraland, is only accessible via portal. You can stop the ghosts, explore, fill up your belly, and if you’re lucky, get to see Pac Man saving the day!
12. Umi City (Team Umizoomi)
Have you watched Team Umizoomi as a kid? Well, the thing is real! There are tons of areas to explore, that you’ll need a map to find your way! Exploring all of the city can take days, so it’s best to check into one of the hotels. Plus, if you look close enough, you could see Milly, Geo, And Bot taking a walk in the park!
11. Miitopia (Miitopia)
Ever read the blog about my Cast for Miitopia? Well, you’ll REALLY like this destination for your next vacation! It’s got 7 Regions: Greenhorne, Neksdor, Realm of The Fey, Karkaton, Powdered Peaks, Peculia, and Nimbus. They’re all wonderful and gorgeous!
10. Gera Gera Land (Yo-Kai Watch 2)
Ever wondered what it’s like to take a vacation with Yo-Kai? Well, At Gera Gera Resort, you can! It has an Amusement Park, Cafe, Hot Springs, and even a Kabuki Theater! What’s better than a vacation like that?
9. Ninjago City (LEGO Ninjago)
For fans of The Lego Ninjago Movie, head here! Ninjago City combines Japanese Culture with Modern day Technology, and the result is amazing. If your luck is high, you can experience the Ninjas saving the day!
8. Inkwell Isle (Cuphead)
Cuphead is Trending on Youtube now, so I figured you might like it for a vacation here! The characters are all fun loving and friendly, but don’t you dare go near the Devil’s Casino, or you’ll lose your soul!
7. Duckburg (Ducktales)
For those who like the Ducktales Reboot, this place is for you! You might find Huey, Dewy, and Louie Playing Baseball, Webby Vanderquack drawing in her notebook, Launchpad test flying, or Scrooge Mcduck swimming in all his money!
6. Corona (Tangled The Series)
Fans of Tangled The Series will go HYPER for this place on their honeymoon. You can see the Floating Lanterns at night, and probably see Rapunzel and Flynn hanging out together!
5. San Fransokyo (Big Hero 6 The Series)
Ever watched Big Hero 6? Then you’ll LOVE San Fransokyo for a getaway. It has the best of BOTH the USA and Japan, and you can probably talk to Hiro and his friends when they’re not saving the day.
4. Neverland (Jake And The Neverland Pirates)
For those Kids who like Peter Pan and Jake And The Neverland Pirates, this is the place you wanna go on Summer Break! It has the following: Nice Weather, An Indian Camp, and even a Lagoon for mermaids, and Pixie Hollow! Even better, you don’t age!
3. Green Hill Zone (Sonic The Hedgehog)
Ah, Green Hill Zone. You can have a picnic here, or race around the loops. If you’re lucky, you may see sonic and all his friends speeding around. Pretty fast for a prickly animal.
2. Downtown Springdale (Yo-Kai Watch)
Downtown Springdale, the perfect place for a honeymoon. It has a mall where you can win the raffle, a great view of the sea, and be sure to have some special gear on, because you could sense presences near you!
- Cloud Cuckoo Land (The Lego Movie)
The reason why I chose Cloud Cuckoo Land as number 1 is that there are no rules whatsoever. So you can stay up as late as you want, make anything from your mind, and eat whatever you want. It’s all up to you!
