  • Digi-Capital released its latest AR/VR report stating that the AR opportunity which includes both mobile and smartglasses is expected to reach $90 Billion in revenue in 5 years compared to $15 Billion expected from VR in the same time period (Digi-Capital)
  • ABI Research estimates the energy and utilities sector will account for 17% of global smart glasses shipments in 2018. Total AR market revenues for the energy and utilities industry are expected to grow to US$18 billion by 2022, with platform and licensing, and smart glasses hardware comprising the majority (PRNewswire)
