Updates and bug fixes for system translations

System translations are now complete and bugs have been ironed out. All labels, secondary labels, confirmation status and status messages can now all be translated. This has taken a while as there are were thousands of objects in the AppSchemas that required translations adding. All of these can now be set in a Platform/WebServer/locales/<language>/translation.json file. The HTML and javascript UI code has also had some bug fixes applied to prevent view issues when translation keys are missing.
