Channeled power through “amount” in addition to “percentage”

Superalgos token power can be used in various ways — Channeling power to a signal subscription, voting in the monthly Governance, supporting other contributors and claiming.
Previously, it was only possible to assign a given “percentage” of the total amount of power channeled to the parent node, but now it is possible to declare a fixed “amount” in the nodes config.
