Trading Signals Stabilization
During this month, BlaaSwe provided me with an extensive package of log files which were collected after an outage of the Trend Soaring Signal. I have analyzed these logs and identified the Websockets connections to the Event Server as a potential root cause which may be causing the signal transmission to stop. All findings are documented within issue #4727.
I have then implemented a new heartbeart logic to harden these Websockets connections (and a second one, as the first one unfortunately caused unplanned side-effects to other parts of the system…).
Completed Transition to the new Follower Logic
A final code change also completed our transition to the new Follower Logic for receiving Trading Signals. It is now mandatory to specify the signal to be followed via a Followed Bot Reference node, and to drive Token Power to this node if required by the signal provider. Users connecting without the reference node will no longer receive Trading Signals once all network nodes will be updated.
