Reorganization of documentation panel
Menu reorganization
Move all navigation buttons from bottom of the page (which was not too convinient) to the top. Additionally position of the navigation panel is fixed so user has access to it even during scrolling.
Right side navigation panel
New collapsed panel is added to make navigation within documentation possible in every moment of reading. It contains go to the top, go to the bottom, move forward, move back, share and go to book buttons.
Bug fixes
Move back: there was a bug which caused that going back worked only for two recently visited pages. It has been fixed and now it is possible to go back to all visited pages.
New functionalities
Move forward: This functionality has been added to allow also navigation through the history in both directions.
