Social Trading App Vue UI Team Proof of Value, January 2023

This month saw a strong start to bringing the social trading app to life!

Worked extensively building a Vuejs based user interface for the social trading app. All pictures are of this interface. If you like it now this is just the start!

Contributed in a number of different areas. Here is a list of value created:

Refactor naming of the Social Trading App to new naming conventions.

Profile Management workflow within the Social Trading App:

• Enable the creation of a new user profile from scratch.
• Enable the creation of a new user profile linked to a wallet (Trust Wallet).
• Commit a new user profile to SA governance repository.
• Enable a new user profile to appear in the governance workspace.
• Add social trading nodes to a new or current user profile.
• Enable new user profile without restarting the app.

Harrellbm

Each Network node holds on to a copy of the Social Graph which is a map of all events that have taken place on the Social Trading App. To manage this, each node needs to store a copy of the social graph and be able to access it on restart. Within this data flow harrellbm has completed the following work:

• Debug and harden local Network node storage.
• Integrate the Open Storage project into the network node to handle external storage at Github.
• Debug and harden local storage loading.

In addition, he has also tested and debug basic profile loading from the Social Graph.

Conclusion

We are excited to be quickly approaching version one of the social trading app! Be on the look out for even more developments next month.
