What better way to welcome Christmas eve but to give to the homeless?

Reach Out FEED Philippines hosted a charity event on December 24, 2017 and with the help of volunteer cyclists, students from New Era University and people from Camarines Sur, we all came together to help prepare a nice hot meal of adobo for the homeless as their noche buena before Christmas.

We all had fun together while preparing the ingredients for chicken adobo. As time passed, more and more volunteers came to help us. Sweet ice cream cones were given for free was given to the kids at the park.

Happiness and excitement kept growing around us, as people of different ages helped repacked the goods that will be giver later in the day.

Many donations were given as well, like new clothes for the children, diapers for the babies, and other goodies packed in individual bags.

After the meal was cooked, the cyclists handed out meals to the homeless on the streets of Malate.

As we ventured forth to give the foods to the less fortunate, we all realized that we were very lucky in life to have and own things that we often take for granted. Also, it made us very happy to spend our Christmas eve giving blessings to the ones who need it the most.

This is truly a memorable Christmas for all of us volunteers and we will definitely do it again next year.

On behalf of the Superbikers, we all wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy Newyear
