Importing your Existing List of Phone Numbers into SuperPhone®

You’re way ahead of the game already! Here are 3 easy steps to import your existing list of phone numbers into your very own SuperPhone®

Make sure you’re on your desktop

We’re going to start with downloading the .CSV template provided in the CSV Import page of SuperPhone®

Cleaning up your list

Once you have the template downloaded, you can start moving your existing information into the appropriate columns. The minimum requirements for a successful upload include: First Name, Last Name & Phone Number. (PS there is a 2 character minimum for First & Last Name — if you don’t have their last name, just type in: Unknown)

A common mistake people make when cleaning up their sheet is forgetting to include the country codes

Include ‘+(country code) for every phone number

Finally importing your contacts

The manual work is almost over…let’s get your freshly cleaned up contact list into SuperPhone®. Save your .CSV file and go back to the CSV Import Page and click ‘Upload’. From there, you’ll simply upload your saved file and viola!

You can now send an update to your contacts to let them know to save your new number!
